These garments were sold at Academy Sports and Outdoor stores in Texas from January 2010 to March 2011 for about $8. The recalled items are made of 100 percent cotton and feature various colors, print designs, and identification numbers on the waistband tag.

The recall is being issued because the pants and boxers fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. This non-compliance poses a risk of burn injury to children. Rigo has received one report of a garment catching fire and causing severe burns to the front and back of both legs of a 9-year-old boy.
