The style number is located on the care label at the inside left side seam, and the brand name "Splendid" is on the neck label.

The recall was issued because the hooded zip jackets and vest sets have drawstrings through the hoods, which can pose a strangulation or entrapment hazard to children. The items were sold at major department stores and children's boutiques nationwide from August 2010 through November 2010 for between $80 and $90.
