The sweatshirts were sold at Marshalls and other specialty children's clothing retailers nationwide from August 2007 through November 2007 for approximately $10. About 12,000 units were distributed. The products were manufactured in India. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard or return the sweatshirts to the place of purchase or Liberty Apparel for a full refund.
