The CPSC has received ten reports of the metal plate detaching from the mirrors while hanging on the wall. One consumer reported being cut while cleaning up a broken mirror. Consumers should stop using the mirrors with loose hanging devices immediately and contact The Bradford Exchange for instructions and to receive a refund.
