Plain-English summary
LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. is recalling the Rechargeable Batteries and Recharging Station for the Didj Custom Gaming System. The recall involves about 35,500 units sold at department stores, toy stores, and online retailers from July 2008 through October 2008 for about $35. The product is identified by item number 30676, which is printed on the box and the bottom of the recharging base.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recharging base and the two rechargeable batteries. They should contact LeapFrog at (800) 701-5327 or visit www.leapfrog.com/recall to obtain a full refund. Consumers can continue using the AC adapter connected directly to the Didj handheld.
