The rechargeable battery inside the helicopter can overheat, which can result in the helicopter's body melting and poses a risk of fire or burns to consumers. The firm has received nine reports of incidents of the helicopter overheating, including one minor burn to a consumer's fingertip.

The recalled toys were sold at retail stores nationwide from October 2007 through December 2007 for between $30 and $50. Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and contact the firm for information on how to receive a replacement helicopter.
