The recalled PMCs do not meet the federal standard for flammability under the Flammable Fabrics Act. They pose a risk of burn injury to consumers if exposed to smoldering or burning cigarettes. No incidents or injuries have been reported.

The PMCs were sold solely through Dux-owned stores and licensed outlets from January 1999 through April 2006. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled PMCs and discard them. Dux Interiors is directly contacting consumers who received these covers with their mattress purchases.
