Disney Store is recalling approximately 200 units of Baby Einstein Caterpillar Sleepwear and Baby Einstein Duck Sleepwear. The recalled items are footed pajamas made of 100 percent cotton, available in sizes 12 months and 18 months. The sleepwear was sold at Disney Stores nationwide from April 2006 through May 2006 for about $20. The products were manufactured in China.
The recall was issued because the sleepwear fails to meet the children's flammability standard, which poses a risk of burn injury to children. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. The recall includes green pajamas with blue sleeves featuring a caterpillar design and yellow pajamas with orange sleeves featuring a duck design and "Quack! Quack!" printed on the front. Sleepwear in sizes 3, 6, and 9 months is not included in this recall.
