Plain-English summary
Phil Vassil Rugs, of New York, N.Y., is recalling Wool Flokati Rugs with model numbers 1500 (white) and 2000 (black). The recalled units are 5 feet by 7 feet, made of 100 percent wool, and bear an adhesive label indicating they were made in Greece.
