The fabric can readily ignite, presenting a risk of burn injuries. No injuries have been reported in connection with this product.

About 500 units were manufactured by Single, of Los Angeles, Calif., with 57 sold to consumers by Victoria's Secret Direct. The garments were sold only through Victoria's Secret Direct catalogs and its web site from November 2005 through December 2005 for approximately $138. They were not sold at Victoria's Secret retail stores.

Consumers should stop wearing the garment immediately. To receive a refund and a $50 gift card, consumers should contact Victoria's Secret Direct's toll-free consumer hotline at (877) 260-8419 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
