They feature a "ROXY GIRL" collar label and style number 484241 (sometimes with M, N, or NN suffixes) on the hangtag or packaging label.
The sweatshirts were sold in girls' sizes SML to XL at surf and skate shops, specialty and department stores, including Macy's, Nordstrom, Quiksilver, and Roxy retail stores and outlets nationwide from November 2005 through January 2006 for about $40. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard. A full refund is available by returning the sweatshirts to the place of purchase or mailing them to Quiksilver Inc. at 5600 Argosy Circle, Suite 300, Huntington Beach, Calif. 92649. Returns must include the consumer's name, address, and telephone number.
