They were sold in newborn sizes (0 to 9 months) and infant sizes (12 to 24 months). The "Okie Dokie" brand name is sewn into the neckline, and the garments are marked "Made in China."
J.C. Penney has received three reports of the appliqués detaching from the bodysuits. No injuries have been reported. The company sold approximately 228,818 units of the recalled bodysuits at J.C. Penney stores and on its website from October 2004 through February 2005 for about $6 each.
