The recalled items consist of purple and blue insulated lunch bags with a rainbow strap and a multi-colored front displaying Care Bears characters, accompanied by a 6-oz. water bottle.

The recall is being issued because the pull-up drinking spout on the water bottle can detach, which poses a choking hazard to young children. The manufacturer has received two reports of the drinking spouts detaching, but no injuries have been reported. Approximately 13,000 units were sold for about $13 each.

Consumers are advised to stop using the water bottles immediately. They can contact Sky High International at (800) 868-7870 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the Kohl's website at www.kohls.com to obtain a refund for the water bottle.
