Plain-English summary

Sky High International LLC is recalling Care Bears Lunch Kits with water bottles sold at Kohl's Department Stores nationwide from July 2004 through September 2004. The recalled items consist of purple and blue insulated lunch bags with a rainbow strap and a multi-colored front displaying Care Bears characters, accompanied by a 6-oz. water bottle.

The recall is being issued because the pull-up drinking spout on the water bottle can detach, which poses a choking hazard to young children. The manufacturer has received two reports of the drinking spouts detaching, but no injuries have been reported. Approximately 13,000 units were sold for about $13 each.

Consumers are advised to stop using the water bottles immediately. They can contact Sky High International at (800) 868-7870 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the Kohl's website at www.kohls.com to obtain a refund for the water bottle.
