These mowers were sold nationwide by authorized Toro dealers from January 2003 to April 2003 for between $2,700 and $3,300.
The actuator arm on these mowers could fail, resulting in a loss of transmission control. This defect creates a risk of personal injury. One consumer reported a loss of control that resulted in the mower tipping over, causing the consumer to sustain a black eye, cuts, and bruises.
