Monarch Velo, LLC, doing business as Catlike USA, of Houston, Texas, distributed the helmets. They were sold at bicycle shops nationwide from March 2002 through February 2003 for about $130. Monarch Velo is no longer in business and cannot offer refunds. Consumers should contact Catlike Sport Components S.L. in Spain or obtain a different helmet from their retailer.
