The recalled items are acrylic ghost-shaped holders, about 10 inches tall, that hold a tea-light candle in a small orange pumpkin. The candleholders were manufactured in China and sold for about $17.

The recall was issued because flames from the tea-light candle can ignite the candleholder, posing a fire hazard and a risk of burn injuries to consumers. Kohl's has received two reports of the candleholders igniting, which caused smoke and soot damage to surrounding property. No injuries have been reported.
