The recall involves wooden ride-on toys intended for children aged 1 to 3 years old. The specific hazard is that a child can pull the red plastic horn off the steering wheel, and a small part inside the horn poses a choking hazard. Radio Flyer has received three reports of the horns being pulled off, but no injuries have been reported.

The recalled cars are about 24 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 18 inches high, featuring a natural wood body and a red steering wheel column. "Radio Flyer" is written on both sides of the car. Only Wooden Push Cars with horns are part of this recall; some units do not have horns and are not affected. No other Radio Flyer products are involved.
