Consumers should contact Liebert Corp. at (800) 543-2778 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, for instructions on disconnecting the reheat assembly. Liebert Corp. will install and replace the heating element. Recall notices were sent to known purchasers.
