The affected lamps are about 12 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter, featuring a dark brown curved S-shaped support wire decorated with leaves. Labels on the bottom of the base read "Creations" and "MADE IN TAIWAN." Hallmark has received three reports of the lampshade melting, but no injuries have been reported.

These lamps were sold at Hallmark Creations stores nationwide from January 2001 through May 2001 for about $12. Consumers should stop using the lamps immediately and return them to a Hallmark Creations store for a refund.
