The brand name "DIY" appears on the cardboard display sleeve but not on the lighter itself.

The recall is due to a hazard where the lighters can leak butane when ignited, resulting in an excessive burst of flame. This defect presents a risk of fire and burn injuries to consumers. Double L has received five reports of excessive flame bursts that resulted in burns to consumers.
