The recalled toys are hand-painted, wooden stacking toys featuring seven interlocking multi-colored, doughnut-shaped pieces mounted on pegs. The pieces are green with blue polka-dots, orange with yellow stripes, and purple with green swirls. The bases have black and white checked squares, and the top of the toy has a round, hand-painted face with a yellow wooden crown. A label on the packaging reads in part, "Stacking King," "Jack Rabbit Creations" and "Made in China."

Jack Rabbit Creations has received four reports of the pegs coming loose, but no injuries have been reported. These products were sold at specialty and gift shops from February 1999 through April 2000 for about $25.
