Every recall on this list has been scored 1–5 against an objective rubric from the agency’s own classification, presence of reported injuries or deaths, distribution scope, and hazard type. The colored severity badge on each card is the score — 5 (Critical) means deaths or serious injuries are reported, 4 (Severe) means significant injury or hospitalization risk, and 3 (High) means a known hazard with no confirmed harm yet. Filter to 3+ (High and above) if you want to skip routine Class-III notices.
The agency chips above control which streams are visible. FDA spans food, drugs, and medical devices. USDA FSIS is meat, poultry, and processed egg products. CPSC is household consumer products. NHTSA is vehicles, tires, and child seats. Nationwide on a card means the recall affects every US state — most do — while a state list means distribution was limited.

Minimum severity
Polaris is recalling about 1,700 Model Year 2021 RZR Pro XP and RZR Pro XP 4 recreational off-road vehicles because a raised edge on the turbocharger casting can cause an oil leak and fire hazard.
BRP is recalling about 34,400 model years 2020 and 2021 Can-Am Defender HD10 side-by-side vehicles because the CVT air intake can become obstructed with snow, causing the drive belt to overheat and break and creating a fire hazard. BRP has received three reports of fires but no injuries.
Polaris is recalling Model Year 2021 GENERAL 1000, GENERAL 4 1000, GENERAL XP 1000, and GENERAL XP 4 1000 recreational off-highway vehicles because a weld between the brake pedal pivot bracket and EPS mounting bracket can separate, resulting in loss of brake function.
BRP is recalling about 4,600 model year 2021 Can-Am Outlander and Renegade ATVs because the steering knuckle can detach from the lower arm, causing loss of control and crash risk.
