These items were produced on July 12, 2022, and bear establishment number P-33944. The products were shipped to BJ's Wholesale Club retail locations nationwide.

The issue was identified after a consumer complaint reported finding a small piece of clear plastic and blue dye inside a chicken tender. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these items are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
