Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Plain-English summary
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issued a public health alert on May 13, 2025, for ready-to-eat chicken and bacon ranch wrap products produced by Rachael's Food Corporation. The alert was issued because the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. A formal recall was not requested because the affected products are no longer available for purchase.
The affected products were produced on May 2, 2025, and include 10-oz. clear plastic clamshell packages of “Big Y quick easy meals CHICKEN BACON RANCH WRAP” and “MARKET 32 BY PRICE CHOPPER Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap,” both with lot code 25122 and sell-by dates of May 7, 2025. These items bear establishment number P34657 and were distributed to retail locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. The issue was identified when a state public health partner notified FSIS of a product sample that tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. However, consumption of food contaminated with L. monocytogenes can cause listeriosis, a serious infection that primarily affects older adults, persons with weakened immune systems, and pregnant women and their newborns. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
