These items were packaged on Feb. 18, 2026, and bear establishment number “P-51243A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were shipped to Costco locations across the Midwest.
The issue was discovered after the establishment received two consumer complaints regarding boxes containing ham and cheese instead of turkey. There have been no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who purchased this product should check their packaging to see if they have the affected item and may return the product to the place of purchase.
