The recall was initiated after an FSIS inspector discovered that the establishment applied canola oil spray, a release agent containing soy lecithin, to the interior of their tubs. Soy lecithin is a known allergen that was not declared on the product labels. The products were shipped to distributors, retailers, and consumers nationwide.
