The Marie Callenders item was shipped to retail distribution centers nationwide, while the Mollys Kitchen item was shipped to an institutional customer nationwide. The error occurred when Worcestershire sauce was miscoded as Rochester sauce.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these items are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
