The recalled items are a 14-oz. box of Marie Callenders Salisbury Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Home-Style Gravy served with Cheesy Broccoli & Cauliflower (packaging date April 14, 2016) and a 76-oz. package of Mollys Kitchen Macaroni & Beef with Tomato Sauce (packaging date April 13, 2016). The Marie Callenders item was shipped to retail distribution centers nationwide, while the Mollys Kitchen item was shipped to an institutional customer nationwide. The error occurred when Worcestershire sauce was miscoded as Rochester sauce.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these items are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
