The issue arose because the labels for the two products were inadvertently swapped. Consequently, the product labeled as beef wiener actually contains beef and pork wiener products, meaning pork is not declared on the label. Conversely, the product labeled as beef and pork wiener actually contains beef wiener products that contain soy, meaning soy is not declared on the label. The products were produced on August 7, 2024, and shipped to retail locations in Ohio.
