These products were produced between December 12, 2012, and March 21, 2014, and bear the establishment number iP-9165 inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were distributed to hotels, restaurants, and institutions nationwide.

The issue was discovered by an FSIS inspector who notified the company on April 17, 2014. Following an investigation, the company determined that it had not listed all ingredients on the packaging labels. FSIS and the company have received no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a healthcare provider.
