The affected products were produced between May 30, 2023, and May 30, 2025, and bear the establishment number "EST. 20528" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. The issue was identified during production observations by FSIS inspectors, who discovered that a new Worcestershire sauce used in the products contained anchovies, whereas the previously used sauce did not.
