The mortadella items were produced on Nov. 30, 2016.
The product was shipped to a distributor in Pennsylvania and further distributed to retail and distribution centers in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
