What this means for you

Our severity reasoning: The recall involves a structural vehicle defect where the mixer assembly can separate from the vehicle, creating a road hazard and increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Plain-English summary
Cemen Tech, Inc. is recalling certain 2018-2025 Volumetric Mixer Custom M60, 2020-2025 Volumetric Mixer C60E, 2020-2025 Volumetric Mixer C60, and 2023-2024 Volumetric Mixer C60T concrete mixer trucks. The recall involves 887 vehicles.
The defect involves mounting plates and swivel hopper ring gussets that may crack and separate. This failure allows the mixer assembly to separate from the vehicle. A separated mixer can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, a separated mixer on a stationary vehicle can increase the risk of injury to a person standing or working near the rear of the vehicle.
Dealers will provide a replacement mixer hopper assembly free of charge. Interim notification letters were mailed on January 9, 2026, and final remedy letters were mailed on March 10, 2026. Owners may contact Cemen Tech customer service at 1-800-247-2464.
