The recall was issued because the LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, which can cause the board to overheat. This overheating increases the risk of a fire.

To remedy this issue, dealers can remove the LED backlights or terminate the circuit for the red LED lights at no charge. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369 for assistance.
