The recall involves 960 units where the electric brake harness was connected to the battery disconnect switch instead of the positive distribution lug of the battery. This wiring error deenergizes the brakes when the battery disconnect switch is in the off position.

Deenergized brakes will not engage, increasing the risk of a crash. Owners are instructed to immediately stop towing the affected trailers until repairs have been made. Dealers will correct the wiring free of charge.
