Owners should contact their Alliance RV dealer to have the defective wire nut replaced with a new connector free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 15, 2023. Owners may also contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153).
