Spartan Fire Recalls 2020-2021 Metrostar and Gladiator Trucks for Fire Risk
Spartan Fire is recalling 2020-2021 Metrostar and Gladiator fire trucks because a loose electrical connection may cause the load center to overheat and increase the risk of a fire.
What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: The recall involves a structural vehicle defect (electrical system) that explicitly increases the risk of a fire, which aligns with the rubric criteria for a Severe (4) rating involving significant property-damage reports or structural defects.
