When the tank falls onto the exhaust pipe, it affects the vehicle's stability and increases the risk of a crash. This is a structural defect in how the holding tank is secured to the vehicle.

Owners may contact Tiffin customer services at 1-256-356-8661 with any questions about the recall (Tiffin recall number WAY-102). Dealers will inspect the holding tank mounting system and replace any damaged holding pans. Metal straps and a washer plate will be installed to prevent the bolts from pulling through. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on November 29, 2021.
