Mercedes-Benz Recalls AMG Models Due to Turbocharger Oil Leak Fire Risk
Mercedes-Benz is recalling certain 2018-2019 AMG vehicles because a turbocharger oil feed line may leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

The oil feed line to the turbocharger may leak. An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners, and dealers will replace the oil feed line to the turbocharger free of charge. The recall began on March 20, 2020. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372 or the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236.
