Norco Industries Inc. is recalling certain Accu Slide room mechanisms manufactured between March 3, 2015, and March 16, 2015. The defect involves screws that attach the expanding room to the sliding mechanism cable, which may fail. This failure allows the room to extend unintentionally while the vehicle is in motion.

If the room extends while the vehicle is moving, there is an increased risk of a crash. Norco notified the affected vehicle manufacturers of the recall on March 13, 2015. The vehicle manufacturers are responsible for notifying their owners and conducting the recall remedy repairs free of charge.
