The affected five-spoke motorcycle wheels are offered in Contrast Cut, Contrast Cut Platinum, and Chrome finishes in thirteen sizes. The defect involves spokes that may crack.
A cracked spoke may result in spoke failure, which can impair vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash. Performance Machine issued an interim notification to owners on June 16, 2015, and the recall began on July 30, 2015.
