It reached consumers and wholesale and retail locations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Washington, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Louisiana and Ohio. The FDA has classified the recall as Class II.
Anyone holding a box from an affected lot should not use it and should follow the supplier's instructions.
