East Coast Fresh Salsa Products Recalled for Potential Salmonella Contamination
Sysco Corporation is recalling multiple East Coast Fresh salsa products distributed across 18 states and Puerto Rico due to potential Salmonella contamination in cucumbers used in the product.

The recall was initiated because cucumbers used in these salsa products have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The products were distributed to DC, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV, CT, KY, VT, and Puerto Rico. A total of 14,338 units are affected.
Consumers who have purchased any of the recalled salsa products should stop consuming them and discard them or return them to the place of purchase.
