The capsules have been found to contain pieces of a pen (writing utensil). Ingestion of these fragments could pose a choking or injury hazard to consumers.
The affected bottles were distributed to 55 retail customers representing 284 individual stores located within the United States. All distribution occurred within the US with no foreign sales or distribution to US Government agencies. The recall notification was sent to distributors on August 24, 2023.
Consumers who have purchased this product should stop taking it and return the bottle to their place of purchase for a refund.
