During manufacturing, Burnt Almond Fudge ice cream was inadvertently packaged into Canadian Vanilla tubs. The Canadian Vanilla tubs do not list tree nut (almond) allergen in their ingredients list or contains statement, creating an undeclared allergen hazard for consumers with almond or tree nut allergies.

Approximately 1,680 cases of 6 tubs each were distributed nationwide. Consumers who have purchased this product should verify the UPC and lot number. Those with tree nut allergies should not consume this product.
