The curling irons were sold from August 2022 through July 2024 through multiple retailers, including Amazon, Bioionic.com, Salon Centric, Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, and salons and beauty supply stores nationwide. The product typically retailed for about $165.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled curling iron and unplug it. The company will provide a free replacement curling iron; consumers will be asked to cut off the plug and return it using a prepaid shipping label.
