Consumers should stop using the recalled mattress immediately. To receive a full refund, consumers must mark the mattress with a permanent marker using the word "Recalled," photograph the marked mattress, submit the photo and a disposal certification to amazoneurotoprecall.expertinquiry.com, and dispose of the mattress according to local regulations.
