The swings pose a suffocation risk because they were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, which violates the CPSC's Infant Sleep Products Standard and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The swings also fail to meet required warning requirements under the swing standard. Additionally, the remote control contains a lithium coin battery (CR 2025 3v) and lacks required warnings and instructions for products containing button cell and coin batteries under Reese's Law. When swallowed, button cell or coin batteries can cause serious internal injuries, chemical burns, and death.

Approximately 3,540 units are affected. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled swings and contact ZRWD for a full refund. To process the recall, consumers must send a photo of the swing cover cut in half and a photo of the swing with "Recalled" written in permanent marker on its base to [email protected]. The swing should then be disposed of according to local hazardous waste procedures. Button cell and coin batteries should be disposed of or recycled through local hazardous household waste programs, not in household trash.
