Holiday Lane Infant Footed Pajamas Recalled for Ankle Elastic Injury Hazard
Macy's is recalling Holiday Lane Infant Footed Pajamas because the ankle elastic can be too tight, restricting blood circulation and causing injury. The company has received four reports of chafing, imprinting, or circulation restriction.
What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: The hazard—ankle elastic restricting blood circulation—is a direct risk of injury to a vulnerable population (infants). Four reports of actual chafing, imprinting, and circulation restriction have been documented, indicating the injury risk is not merely theoretical, warranting a High severity score.
