What this means for you

Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Our severity reasoning: The hazard—furniture tip-over and entrapment to children—qualifies as a risk-of-harm product. However, no injuries or illnesses have been reported. Per the rubric, risk-of-harm products without reported injuries score a maximum of 3 (High).
