This recall involves approximately 900 SEJOV five-drawer dressers manufactured by Dongguanshi Yanxiang Keji Youxiangongsi (dba SEJOV) in China. The wooden dressers were sold in white and black colors with gold-colored round knobs and elevated legs, measuring approximately 36 inches tall, 29 inches wide, and 15¾ inches deep. They were sold on Amazon.com between September 2023 and August 2024 for between $100 and $180.

The dressers are unstable if not properly anchored to a wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate performance and warning label requirements of the STURDY Act. The firm has received two reports of the dressers being unstable.

Consumers who purchased these dressers should stop using them immediately if they are not properly anchored to a wall and should place them in an area that children cannot access.
